Human Resource Management Society Design Secretary 2024-25: Role Description

The Design Secretary for the HRMS (Human Resource Management Society) will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the society for the 2024-25 academic year. This position requires a creative individual with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As the Design Secretary, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing content that aligns with the society’s goals, values, and events.

Responsibilities:

• Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, social media content, and event flyers.
• Collaborate with the executive committee to ensure cohesive branding for all society communications.
• Maintain and update the society's online presence with engaging and dynamic designs.
• Assist with the visual planning and execution of major society events, including but not limited to seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Provide creative direction for any society merchandise or giveaways.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and materials.
