Secretary
- To maintain membership records online containing the name, email and student number of all ShockSoc members,
- Maintain a written record of all meetings including minutes,
- To maintain an up-to-date copy of the Society’s constitution,
- To be in charge of the Society’s email account and forward emails to relevant committee members and Society members,
- To liaise with events coordinator and social secretary to ensure risk assessments are written in advance of social events and that LUU are provided with a copy,
- To help out other committee members with their roles when necessary.
