Welfare Officer roles include overseeing the welfare of all members of the society. This means dealing with any issues that arise within shows, and being a point of call for members to report to with any welfare concerns, to then communicate with executive roles in the committee. They will organise show liaisons (members of the committee assigned to each show) and assure good communication between committee and members of each production. This is a hands-on role and can be helped by inclusivity and open seat roles if needed.
