Hi! I'm Erica. I joined the society last year as a beginner and loved it so much that I just had to join the committee. While competing most of this year as novice, I have been the events officer for the society which put me in charge of organising our Strictly Come Dancing event. The show, which went down so well with everyone involved and everyone who came to watch, raised over £900 for charity and I hope to carry some of the organisational skills required to run the event over to the role of secretary. The amount of admin involved will have prepared me well! Most of all I would love to spend another year being part of the committee that makes Dancesport such a fabulous society to be in :)
