The Senior recreational Captains is best performed as a dual role. Captains are responsible for the organisation of 3 water sessions and ensuring members are aware of other sessions that are available. The Senior Recreational Squad involves those with varying levels of commitment, athletic ability and experience. Captains are responsible for the every-day running of the squad, creating positive morale and a welcoming environment which is inclusive and motivating. The role requires great attention due to the dynamic and flexible approach of the squad. Captains must ensure that all members are given the best opportunity to train to their desired standard whilst implementing the UOLBC constitutional rules.
