As Alumni Secretary you will be responsible for the management of relations with our alumni community. More specifically this will involve working to organising Leeds based meetup events such as the Alumni v UOLBC races and helping assist in the organising of Alumni drinks and Henley Royal Regatta, a quarterly newsletter aimed at conveying UOLBC news back to our alumni and you will sit on the committee of Aires Boat Club. Aries Boat Club was established in 2021 and has three distinct aims:

- To provide a community for Alumni to stay involved and connected with UOLBC

- Support the activities of UOLBC and the development of its members through advice, financial support and counsel.

- To help UOLBC with its aim of wanting: “To be the best University Boat Club at delivering high-performance and participation programmes, simultaneously”.

As Fundraising Secretary you will be responsible for organising fundraising events with the aim of raising money for charity and the club. This role will suit a person with good organisational skills and the ability to work alone and alongside other committee members in order to plan club wide events.
