The Club Captain is the most senior rank on the committee and oversees all comings and goings within the club. They lead the committee alongside the rest of S3 and sit as chair to advise it, having the final say on all decisions. They sit across all projects within committee, ensuring the successful delivery of new ideas. They will work with the head of Rowing to oversee the rowing subcommittee, supporting the captains in their daily tasks. This is a leadership role which enables you to develop skills in creating a positive workplace environment and building working relationships with other Boat Clubs and organisations. It is a high maintenance position that requires good time management and people skills. To apply to the Club Captain position, the member MUST have held a previous position on the UOLBC committee.
