This role entails organising training camps, transport and accommodation and making sure everyone knows the plan for races. It’s about being as clear and communicative, as well as being friendly and helpful towards people when they have questions. It’s very possible to do a lot of work ahead of schedule as we will get race dates at the start of each semester and can make race docs and transport forms ready to be sent out. Training camp is particularly exciting to organise as it’s a really good opportunity to have fun with the job, finding new ways to bond squads together and have a lot of fun aside from regular training.
