Position Information
The Education Officer is in charge of co-ordinating visits to schools with volunteers to increase awareness of mental health in primary and secondary aged children.
Unfortunately, this years committee wasn't able to complete any external outreach work but this is an integral part of the society that we are keen to bring back. So, the ideal candidate will be motivated to make this happen and stay committed throughout the year.
If you're passionate about mental health and want to develop your organisational skills, leadership and confidence, this role would fit you perfectly. You'll get full support from LUU and the committee throughout the year as you take on creative and rewarding projects.
