As a person with a mental health condition I realize that many people struggle with their mental health issues, and not always have resources to cope with stress and various life situations they encounter. I believe LUU Mind Matters Society is a society that can help students to improve their well-being, and am excited to become a member of the team running LUU Mind Matters.

I believe that I have a combination of soft and hard skills needed to create and advertise promotional content for LUU Mind Matters, manage social media platforms, and be a member of a team who actively contributes to students’ well-being. I am fond of designing various materials like posters, post-cards and book covers, and I applied my skills to create pieces for different purposes. I also think that managing my four Instagram accounts during the period of nine years gave me experience how to post and promote content on social media.

My type of personality is INTJ, which provides me with a natural ability to analyse people’s actions and behaviours, and I focus on contributing positively to communities I am part of. I have been a part of various communities, including a multi-national society of DLD college. I was a head of Food Committee there and this experience gave me understanding on how to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds.
