The secretary is the second in command of the society and the first port-of-call for the president. As a core position, only active members of the university of Leeds can nominate for this role.
Their responsibilities are as follows:
- Keeping track of meetings and taking minutes
- Organising the Google Drive
- Keeping membership records
- Editing the society constitution, risk assessment and society social guidelines
- Managing the society Gmail account
- Partial responsibility over society finances
