As the secretary, you will fulfil the core organisational role of the society. Your tasks range from planning and scheduling committee meetings and events, to supervising the adherence to university and society policies. One of your main tasks will be managing the societies email account. This involves maintaining relevant correspondence with members, the German department, partners and sponsors and liaising with businesses about sponsorships, partnerships, opportunities and events.
