I’m Scarlett - a second year studying English and Philosophy, I and am putting my name forward to be selected as one of the three event sec’s.

I believe I would thrive in this role as not only do I have excellent organisational skills, with me currently balancing my degree, training and a job, but I also excel when working in a team. With my fellow execs, I believe I could deliver a Leeds varsity and relays that run smoothly and are enjoyable for all.
My English degree would be particularly helpful in this role when emailing charities or asking for council permission.
I am a confident, hardworking person who was welcomed with open arms by cross country, and I would love to be a part of the committee and to watch the club continue to grow.

Hi everyone, my name is Ethan.

For the past 10 years I have enjoyed cross country, from running for fun all the way up to running for my club and county. A big part of running for me is to challenge myself and meet new people.

As a fresher I have had a great time in the society this year and it has helped me to adjust and settle into university life. Whether it be at the events, races or socials I want to ensure next year's freshers have the same great experience that I have had this year.

I believe that by being an Events Sec, I can make this happen.
