- A student from 3rd Year onwards, having already spent a year on committee
- Take charge of the administration and correspondence of the Society;
- Keep all the records of the Society, including the record of all existing members; Organise and summon Committee meetings and prepare an agenda for
- meetings;
- Prepare and keep the minutes of the meetings and all meeting notices;
- Address concerns and queries of existing and potential members, or any persons expressing interest in the Society;
- Undertake the organisation of the Fresher's Handbook in liaison with the Committee and in conjunction with the SEO. This booklet should be updated every year;
- Responsible for duties regarding the production of promotional materials and support all other committee members in distributing information about events;
- Maintain an up to date copy of the Society’s Constitution;
- Maintain the noticeboards on Level 6;
- Update/maintain the LUDS Union Page.
- Be a point of contact for members if there are any concerns or ideas
