- Keep the minutes at committee meetings and attend various other meetings.
- In charge of arranging and reporting results of BUCS fixtures. This includes getting availabilities from players, sorting transport for away games, booking umpires, match teas and, if needed, cancelling matches with plenty of time so as not to forfeit BUCS points.
- Gives support to the Club Captain and plays a key role in the decisions and running of the club
- Attend all training sessions and socials
