Treasurer
The main role of the treasurer is to manage the finances of the club. This involves:
- Maintaining up-to-date accounts with the LUU Cash Office
- The submission of subsidy applications to the Activities Executive
- Produce a termly report and annual budget
- The submission of a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the society's Annual general meeting
- Ensure any external coaches are paid correctly
