The Treasurer of the English Society is responsible as the overseer of all of the society’s expenses. Your job will include processing and accepting expense claims, completing the annual end of year budget report, request for any additional funding and overseeing payments to external providers. While the Treasurer is the main point of contact for the society’s finances, the Treasurer must also communicate and consult with the rest of the committee before finalising any major decisions.
You do not need to have experience with maths or money to enjoy this role, it's an accessible and rewarding role for anyone who wants to be a part of a fantastic society committee.
