Hi! My name is Sreshta, and I am excited to be running for 5th Year Representative on the MSRC. Having had the privilege of serving as the 3rd Year Lead for the Peer-Assisted Learning Scheme (PALS), I bring hands-on leadership experience and a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of our cohort.

During my time in PALS, I successfully coordinated study sessions, supported my peers, and worked closely with both students and faculty to improve our learning environment. This role honed my skills in organisation, communication, and problem-solving, all essential qualities for an effective representative.

As your 5th Year Rep, I will:

Be an approachable and reliable voice for our year, ensuring that your concerns and suggestions are heard and acted upon.

Foster open communication between students and faculty, advocating for improvements in clinical rotations, study resources, and well-being initiatives.

Organise events and opportunities to strengthen our sense of community and collaboration as we approach our final year.

I am passionate about making our 5th year as smooth and successful as possible for everyone, and I believe my experience, dedication, and enthusiasm will allow me to be an effective advocate for our year group.
