With a year of padel and tour experience, I have a strong understanding of what makes a great tour and where improvements can be made. I will ensure better organization of activities and mealtimes to enhance the flow of tours, making them more seamless and enjoyable for everyone. I will continue to introduce exciting new tournament themes and offer fresh incentives, such as Player of the Day awards, to keep competitions engaging and rewarding.

I am committed to increasing alumni involvement by improving communication and expanding tour capacity, ensuring past members stay connected. I will also work to promote gender balance by encouraging greater female participation through inclusive tournament structures and other initiatives.

My ability to plan, organize, and communicate effectively will help take Leeds Padel Society’s tours and tournaments to the next level. Vote for me to ensure well-structured, inclusive, and exciting events that benefit all members.
