During my time in ENACTUS I have developed my leadership, communication and resiliency skills. Acting as ENACTUS president for next year would help me to develop further skills and inspire other students to create change within Leeds.

By being the project leader for SkillBridge I gained a deeper understanding with the issue of homeless. Despite struggling with managing large groups of volunteers throughout the year I discovered ways to overcome this. This project showcased the various backgrounds of those struggling with homelessness and how the team needed to collaborate and innovate to overcome these barriers.

Many thanks to the committee for welcoming me, especially the members who joined our crusade of tackling homelessness. You made me feel valued and your contributions this year will not go to waste, next year I hope that SkillBridge will advance deeper within the various competitions.

In summary, my adaptability, communicative skills and resilience which I have gained would make me nicely suited to the presidency role. These skills would help me to recruit future members, partner with more businesses and reach a deeper stage within the competitions.
