April is the month everyone starts thinking about AGMs - So heres your chance to take over the baton from current committee 🛹🛹
 
If you want to run, write yourself a manifesto and nominate yourself on our union website (when we get the link up and running)

The roles are -

President: in charge of the club ensuring other committee members are carrying out roles, overall point of communication with the union, final say on decisions.
 competency in ripping sick trips is preferred
ZAK MEGSON

Vice president/secretary: similar to president, general supportive role, helps all other committee members when required, assists president with communications via email
King/Queen of admin required
CAMPBELL GOFF

Treasurer: in charge of accounts and funding. Must be organised and good with numbers and budgets
WILL GRANT

Social secretary x2: provides fun for the society, organises socials and nights out. Must be approachable and inclusive
TOBY CARROLL & CHARLEY HALES

Social media officer (x2): posts updates to the skate social pages and documents all the fun things we get up to. If you love instagram, then this is for you.
BEN CLINTON & IVAN WILLS

Trips secretary: Organises trips and transport to indoor skate parks such as greystone Manchester visited in previous years... we've always wanted to go to Barcelona... 💃💃💃
NADIA RIBOT-SMITH

Being involved with a smaller society is massively rewarding and gives you a great opportunity to grow as a skateboarder and meet like minded people p.s its skate tradition to run unopposed usually BUT we need a vp, a president and a tresurer to keep the society alive!!!!!!
