Showcase Secretary

Performing Arts AGM

This position takes responsibility for all showcase production matters.
Two people are elected for this role - you will receive a detailed handover.
Responsible for organising and choosing showcase numbers (do this with the whole committee), liaising with all production teams, creating poster/programme, promoting the event etc.
Finding a singing teacher and musical director at the start of the year.
Organising the band, musical director (orchestration), tech, set and costume.
Preparing both admin and tech documents for the showcase.
Responsible for ensuring all numbers for the showcase are finalised and prepared, and have responsibility for any issues relating to that.
Being present in every class and helping to teach classes/choreography for showcase.
