- Planning and sharing all the social events for the society.
- Securing a sponsorship at the start of the year.
- Making sure everyone feels welcome at every social and acting as a point of call for the members throughout the social.
- Responsible for the set up, pack down and cleaning of any venue used.
- Liaising between the staff at the venues where these are held.
- Potentially preparing advertising material for socials (discuss with Social Media Sec about who wants to do this).
- Being present in every class and helping to teach classes/choreography for showcase
