- Plan the budgets for each semester.
- Work with the Secretary to organise affiliation fees.
- Attend induction and assembly sessions with LUU.
- Organise insurance cover
- Work with the Competition Officer for relevant costs.
- Register the coaches with LUU, gain invoices from the coaches so they can be paid.
- If the society is owed money from another body (such as NEUAL reimbursing for hall hire fees) then you can ask the cash office to generate an invoice on behalf of our society
- Ensure that we do not go over budget.
- Organise sponsorship to raise more revenue.
