Role Overview

• Lead the planning and delivery of weekly reeling practices, helping members learn and enjoy reeling in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-organise and lead weekly reeling sessions throughout the year.
• Prepare and deliver structured practices to help both beginners and experienced dancers progress.
• Create an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all members.
• Lead the overall practice coordination.
• Work with the Executive Committee to ensure practices run smoothly, including ticketing procedures, venue capacity, and health and safety considerations.

Skills & Experience

• Confident, organised, and comfortable leading groups.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to teach and guide others.
• Previous reeling experience recommended (though not essential).
• Ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and helping others learn.
