Role Overview
- Lead the planning and delivery of non-dancing socials to build community and engagement within CalSoc, while also supporting weekly practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run non-dancing social events, including pub socials, themed activities, and other community gatherings.
- Support Practice Managers during weekly practices.
- Encourage wider member participation and help strengthen society bonding beyond dancing.
- Contribute creative ideas to make events fun and engaging.
Skills & Experience
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and highly organised.
- Experience in event planning or organising social activities is beneficial.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to engage with members and encourage participation.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together and creating fun experiences.
