Role Overview

• Works closely with the Executive Committee to oversee the financial management of the society and support the smooth running of CalSoc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the society’s finances and maintain oversight of budgets throughout the year.
• Track income and expenses, ensuring the society remains financially sustainable.
• Handle membership fees, payments, and reimbursements.
• Keep clear and accurate financial records in line with LUU requirements.
• Work closely with the committee to ensure cost-effective planning of events and socials.
• Support the executive team in making informed financial decisions for the society.

Skills & Experience

• Previous CalSoc experience required.
• Strong financial management and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Clear communication and coordination with other committee members regarding budgets and spending.
