The Secretary works closely with the President, helping reach out to organisations, taking notes of the meetings, being an active member of socials and supporting other roles of committee. The Secretary also releases the Sandwich Run information and keeps the members informed of runs, collabs, socials and any external information needed through WhatsApp and our Link Tree. Due to our ambitions to restart hostel visits, the Secretary also may need to get a DBS check alongside any other qualifications needed if the primary committee member is unable to attend e.g. food safety checks.
