The Treasurer is responsible for the Society's finances. The Treasurer will have access to the Society accounts, is in charge of filing Society expenses, and should apply for funding from LUU for retreats/equipment/etc.
Responsibilities:
● Managing the finances of the Society
● Maintaining up-to-date accounts with the LUU Cash Office only
● Submitting subsidy applications to Activities Executive
● Produce a termly report and yearly budget
● Submitting a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the Society’s AGM
