Open Seat committee member provides flexible assistance across the society to help ensure smooth running of activities and events. They support other committee members with tasks as needed, help coordinate projects or initiatives, and assist with administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to the society without being tied to a specific portfolio, acting as a reliable helper for both the committee and members.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist committee members with tasks, projects, or events.
• Help with administrative work such as booking venues, managing sign-ups, or preparing materials.
• Support promotion of society activities alongside the Marketing Secretary
• Act as a point of contact for members if specific officers are unavailable.
• Contribute ideas and help ensure the smooth running of society operations.
