The Treasurer is responsible for managing the society’s finances including budgeting, expenditure and income. They keep accurate financial records, ensure payments are made correctly and provide financial update to committee. They also help identify fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the finances of the Club/Society
- Maintaining up-to-date accounts with the LUU Cash Office only
- Submitting grant applications to Activities ExecutiveProduce a termly report and yearly budget
- Submitting a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the Club/Society’s Annual General Meeting.
- Producing termly and annual budget reports
