My previous experiences working in restuarant management have honed my leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, making me an ideal candidate for the role. I'm used to working with finances, speciffacaly cash-up, stock and expenses, skills i would be able to bring to this role. Aside from this i am passionate about sustainability having worked sustainable agriculture roles in many locations such as Tanzania where I deepened my understanding of ecological practices and community engagement. Moreover, my other volunteer experiences have fostered my data management and risk assessment skills, crucial for financial stewardship.
