In this AGM, we will elect all roles for the 23/24 academic year's committee. This includes:

President(s) (TWO RECOMMENDED): president.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Responsible for organising and overseeing the running of the society
• Chairs Committee Meetings, AGMs and EGMs
• Ensures the production of an annual report
• Ensures the society’s LUU Engage page is up to date
• Handles RAG's social media pages

Secretary: secretary.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Responsible for maintaining membership records of all the society’s members
• Takes minutes of committee and general meetings
• Makes and sends the RAG newsletter to members
• Maintains an up-to-date copy of the society constitution
• Runs elections/sub-committee recruitment when needed

Treasurer: treasurer.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Responsible for the finances of the society
• Maintains up-to-date accounts with the LUU Cash Office
• Submits finance applications to the Activities Executive
• Produces a termly report and yearly budget
• Submits a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the AGM

 Art Director: artdirector.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Creates the branding and artwork for RAG
• Produces posters and social media artwork for events and activities
• Ensures that the branding of our society coheres with our ethos

 Videographer(s) (2 RECOMMENDED): videography2021.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Attends all RAG events to produce content for our promotional videos
• Edits promotional videos 
• Works with our social media platforms to ensure engagement with our members

Charity Liaison and Fundraising Coordinator: communityliaison.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Liaises with RAG's partner charities 
• Organises events with partner charities on campus, connecting them with students
• Liaises with other committee members to divest funding where needed

 Community Fund Coordinator: communityfund.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Organises RAG week events 
• Ensures RAG week events are accessible and varied
• Opens grant applications to local Leeds charities
• Allocate and divest the community fund to local Leeds charities

Fashion Show Coordinator: lrfs.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Oversees recruitment of fashion show sub-committee
• Oversees development, running and funding of fashion show
• Hires fashion show art directors

Events Coordinator(s) (TWO RECOMMENDED): events.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Organises RAG's largest events- e.g. Take Me Out, First Dates
• Recruits the events sub-committee
• Oversees the events sub-committee in arranging RAG's largest events
• Liaises with the RAG president and union

 Local Volunteering Coordinator: localprojects.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Organises local volunteering projects throughout the year
• Recruits and supports project leaders in the organization of the projects
• Supports participants with fundraising targets and training where necessary
• Oversees health and safety training and awareness

International Volunteering Coordinator: projects.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Organises volunteering projects with RAG's partners in India and Uganda
• Manages students volunteering internationally and helps the volunteers meet fundraising goals

 Equality and Diversity Officer: equality.leedsrag@gmail.com

• Ensures RAG is taking steps to diversify its membership
• Assists with the recruitment of minority group members
• Advises the Committee about the possible impact of activities from an equality and inclusion perspective
• Attends all recommended Union training 
• Organises events related to equality and diversity

• Creates social events for our members
• Creates social events for committee members
• Responsible for communication and permits from the university for various events
