Hey Leeds laxers,

I'm Mima and I'm applying for the role of 💚3RD TEAM CAPTAIN💚

After completing the year as a silly fresh, with my pint chop time improved, and now (nearly) being able to handle my drink, I feel as though I have matured enough to take on the role of captaining the 3's.
With my Wednesday night attendance being higher than my uni attendance, I feel it is only right to dedicate even more of my time to lacrosse next year #livelovelax. On a Thursday you will never see me at my 9am, however you will see me at Weetwood 5-7 for lacrosse training🙌. Even though I may have to crawl to the bus stop, as soon as I have a lax stick in my hand and a BIG debrief undergo the hangover that I have felt all day starts to fade - lacrosse is the answer to all my problems🥍💚.

As 3s captain I would make sure we reach our full potential, both on a Wednesday night consuming multiple sours and jager bombs😝, and scoring LOADS of goals on the pitch (especially against York😎🥍).
I’ll ensure the vibes are there, with constant support from the sidelines whether we are winning or loosing, and a SENSATIONAL playlist to get us hyped in trainings and matches ✨(its called livelovelax )✨.
If this hasn’t already persuaded you that I should be captain then here are a few more reasons:
💚I am an organised person, and will ensure that the goalie helmet is in the bag before matches
💚I once ran for a train arriving in 2 minutes, 5 minutes away and made it - pure speed and hustle, great for the pitch.
💚I will secure pints and chips after our matches.
I have loved the 3s this year and would love the opportunity to be able to give back more to the team and the club.
