Heyo, I'm Finn!

I'm a Computer Science student and I'm here to revive this society once and for all! We have a huge community of students whose degrees involve computers that I want to finally bring together. As President I will refresh and reorganise the Discord server and plan a ton of fun events such as CTF Hacking tournaments, Quake/DOOM LAN Parties, Pixel Bar Nights + more!

As the Secretary of HorrorSoc and the leader of several online communities, I'm confident that I can refresh this society and bring new life to it. Through my various roles I speak to many computer oriented societies that would love to collaborate with CompSoc, as President I'll make that happen.

Hi, I am Ingrid. I’m in my second year of computer science and have been an active member of CompSoc over the past year. I hope that getting involved in the committee can help revive the society and community that has been missing. As president, I would help create industry links for members, form routes for students to raise issues within the school of computing without intimidation and host regular social events including pub nights, hackathons and dry events. I'll plan events with related societies to host both online and in-person events to suit everyone. I plan to work with local artist communities to create inventive communities for game jams and the like.
