As well as supporting the Cutting Edge committee in their endeavours throughout the academic year, the key responsibility of conference rep will be to help organise and promote the two conferences that Cutting Edge runs over the year. This will include a central role in organising, contacting surgeons and promoting the conferences as well as attending on the day. The conference will focus on things such as careers, surgical skills, diversity and inclusion.
