Welfare Officer 

As Welfare Officer, you are the first point of contact if members have any issues they need to discuss, or simply need someone to talk to. You will receive all necessary training for this, but at the core of the role must be a kind-hearted, sensible individual

You must be able to communicate any society issues, for example if something happens at a FemSoc event that raises concerns, it is your responsibility to relay this to LUU. FemSoc prides itself on being a safe space, and it is your responsibility to maintain and promote this

It would be lovely if potential candidates had ideas for events/activities to promote well-being amongst our members, to whom you will get plenty of opportunity to make yourself known, and become a familiar, friendly face!
