Hi everyone! I'm Fyodora and I'd love to be one of your 4th year reps. I've been on MSRC for two years as both 3rd year rep and MUMS rep. In that time I've gained lots of experience in effectively raising concerns with the medical school and bringing about effective change, like with the MUMS scheme. I'm familiar with the role of year rep and regularly communicate the outcomes of meetings with the med school to ensure everyone's kept up date. I'm always happy to listen to anyone's concerns and raise them appropriately. Vote Fyodora!

Hi, my name is Sienna and I am applying for the role of 4th Year Representative for MSRC.

Having served as the 3rd Year Representative this past year, I was responsible for sorting out course-based issues within the year alongside the other 3rd year reps. This involved working closely with faculty members to find solutions to problems that arose, ensuring that the needs of the students were met. Following this and my previous experience in other committees, I have developed strong communication and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of the importance of collaboration and inclusivity. With my aforementioned skills and strong work ethic, I am confident in my ability to represent the interests of 4th-year medical students effectively.

I am passionate about enhancing the educational experience of medical students and advocating for inclusivity and accessibility within the curriculum. As part of my role, I intend to advocate for the reintroduction of basic British Sign Language within the course, as I firmly believe in promoting accessibility when communicating and educating patients.

I am excited for the opportunity to continue serving on the MSRC and collaborating with like-minded individuals who share a passion for enhancing the educational experience of medical students.
