Homed is looking for an organised, reliable, communicative candidate to take on the role of Secretary. This role makes sure that Homed runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the committee through keeping on top of society activity.
Within this role, the Secretary will:
- Maintain membership records and update mailing lists
- Organise meetings and rotas for events
- Produce agendas and take minutes for all meetings
- Support the upkeep of up-to-date compliance documents
- Monitor the email, and write updates to members when needed
- Adopt the President’s responsibilities when they’re not available e.g. chairing meetings
