Hello! I am Karim, I’m a second year student in the business school studying finance. I am from the the war torn country of the US. After having survived years of battles inside of my classrooms, I have come to the UK to escape the horror of the US schooling system. I believe, I will have what it takes to manage the finances of the society. As an undefeated monopoly player, I believe I have what it takes to embezzle as much money as possible. Video gaming is one of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I particularly enjoy Valorant and Overwatch (I have severe depression). I believe if I am elected I will be able to effectively manage the groups assets while being a contributing member. As a playstation gamer as well, I am well adapted with the art of effective communication with the use of creative language, hence communicating with me I guarantee you will be no challenge. I feel confident that I can deal with the responsibilities assigned to the position and my experience with being on the RLSC last would surely help my understanding of University-based team functioning. I am applying for this position because I believe "Treasurer" would look fantastic on my CV and so that I can help Implement the Ideas and changes I want to see as an active member of society as well. The Position of treasurer is something I feel both excited and comfortable stepping into as I have experience in dealing with transactions and logging Transactional data and with Corporate communications.
