My name is Yihan Zheng, and I am running for a position on the Swing Dance Committee.😊

I have ten years of training in Chinese dance and hold a Level 10 certificate, with experience in multiple large-scale performances and competitions. During my undergraduate studies, I served as a teaching assistant and class monitor for four years, gaining strong organisational and teamwork skills.

I am currently a postgraduate student in Media and Communication and would be very happy to support the society in organising and promoting its activities. Most importantly, I have a genuine passion for swing dance and would be committed to contributing to the committee and the wider dance community.

A special strength of mine that would be valuable to swing soc is my goal-oriented work ethic. something i love about swing is the kind and welcoming atmosphere. A special strength of mine that would be valuable to SwingSoc is my promenades. Something I love about swing is getting to learn a new skill while meeting great people.
