• Budgeting and Reporting: Create and maintain the society's budget, and provide regular financial reports to the executive committee and members.
• Fundraising and Sponsorship: Seek sponsorship opportunities and coordinate fundraising activities to support the society's events and initiatives.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Financial Decision-Making: Collaborate with the executive committee in making informed financial decisions for the society.
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and cooperate with audits or financial reviews when required.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the executive committee and other members involved in financial activities, providing guidance and support.
