- Liaise with contacts and external speakers and ensure the External Speaker process is followed

- Work alongside the committee to plan and promote events.
- Arranging venue for the event
- Arranging food and refreshments for the event
- Ensure event locations meet annual risk assessment and social guidelines criteria and gain approval from the President/Vice-President
