Events & Trips Secretary responsibilities include:
- Create trip ideas that cater to all members of the society
- Contact external companies to get information/deals on trips
- Organize and run the trips including those abroad so must be happy to travel and have the means to do so
- Be able to attend all trips planned for the year
- Work closely with the social sec(s) to make plans whilst on tour e.g. themes and games
- Be happy to fill out paperwork for all trips planned
- Contact yard, create and sell tickets on engage (work with Treasurer), and organise members to volunteer to help at events
- Organise Give it A Go sessions, Christmas Games and any other events you/members want to see!
Candidate requirements: Must have a FULL Riding Memberships.
