As the secretary's responsibilities will be to cooperate with other committee members, manage administrative tasks, and help facilitate events.
This includes submitting risk assessments and other necessary documentation. You will also need to communicate with other committee members to ensure that everyone is aware of any updates or changes.
Many of our events involve collaboration with other organisations outside of the university, which means that you will need to be comfortable communicating and working with external partners. This may involve some administrative work, such as coordinating transportation and ensuring that the right number of volunteers are available.
