The President is responsible for:

● organising and overseeing the running of the Catholic Society and its events,

● sending out weekly newsletters,

● chairing Committee Meetings, AGMs and EGMs,

● ensuring the production of an annual report,

● ensuring there is an up-to-date entry in the Club/Society’s LUU webpage and an up-to-date Code of Conduct, Risk Assessments, etc., and

● ensuring that the LUU Safeguarding Policy is upheld and/or clearly delegating this responsibility.
