Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for managing the society’s finances and ensuring all spending is organised, transparent, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating and managing the society’s budget for the year

Handling all income and expenditure, including ticket sales and event costs

Keeping accurate financial records and tracking all transactions

Working closely with the committee to ensure events are financially viable

Processing reimbursements and ensuring expenses follow Students’ Union guidelines

Monitoring the society’s financial health and reporting updates to the committee

This role is ideal for someone organised, trustworthy, and confident working with numbers, who can help keep the society financially sustainable while supporting great events.
