Are you extremely organised, have an eye for detail and excellent time management skills? Yes! Then secretary is the role for you!
As secretary you would be responsible for:
• Taking minutes at committee meetings
• Organising society elections
• Booking rooms for rehearsals
• Carrying out the Annual Risk Assessment
• Communicating with LUU about any administrative problems
Overall, it would be your job to make sure our society stays organised and on top of everything!
