Are you perceptive, a good listener and have great conflict resolution skills? Yes! Then wellbeing officer is the role for you!

As wellbeing officer you would be responsible for:

• Creating a safe space for members to voice concerns

• Helping new members settle into the society

• Resolving conflicts within the society

• Ensuring everyone in the society feels comfortable

• Noticing if any members may be struggling and approaching them about this

• Speaking with LUU if further action is required

Overall, making sure the society is a fun, safe and inclusive space!
