hi, my name’s megan and i’m a second year studying global creative industries and LSTV’s current head of live!

this year i've been the media rep on the union's activities exec, which involves allocating grant money to societies, as well as a producer for multiple theatre shows, which involves managing a show budget, so i'm confident in my ability to manage LSTV's finances. i also have experience in event planning (plus I love overplanning a holiday) so i'd be ready to organise LSTV's trip to NaSTA 2025.

as head of finance, i'd want to make sure the society is well funded (whether this is through grants from LUU or outside sponsorships), accessible for everyone, and that LSTV's money is being spent on stuff our members want and need.

LSTV has been such a big part of my life the past 2 years, and i can't imagine my uni experience without it, so i'd love nothing more than to finish off my time in LSTV on the exec as your new head of finance!

Hi everyone, you may not know me too well as I have been away this year on a Year in Industry but I'm Matty and I can't wait to (hopefully) return to LSTV next year as your Head of Finance. I have got experience both sitting on LSTV committee as Head of Live last year, alongside sitting on the NaSTA exec this year. As Head of Live, I produced 12 large-scale broadcasts providing over 20 different presenting & 80 different crew opportunities. I love getting involved; producing NaSTA award-winning documentaries to recording interviews to making a fool of myself on screen. Returning from a placement year at UJS, I cannot wait to return to the LSTV office again and I could not think of a better role for me to help keep LSTV operating and moving forward so please vote me for your new (and first!) Head of Finance!
